The Active Transportation Resource Center is a web-based toolkit created by the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC). The toolkit includes a collection of resources designed to provide planners, public health professionals and others in the region with information that can be used to support and advance efforts to plan for healthy communities and build active transportation networks.
